Char Aznable’s founding of Neo Zeon…
It was a major event that shook the Earth Sphere.
Char’s uprising, which received overwhelming support from the people, gained many supporters and quickly elevated Neo Zeon to a major power.
Char’s appearance, speaking of the ideals of his father, Zeon Zum Deikun, was threatening to bring new upheaval to the Earth Sphere.
EFF Officer: General, Neo Zeon is headquartered in Sweetwater at Side 1 and is deploying forces in the surrounding airspace!
Revil: To think that the Red Comet, Char, was Zeon Deikun’s orphan son… Is he seeking revenge or… something more?
Char’s Neo Zeon only has territory in space and in the Earth’s atmosphere. The land on Earth is still entirely controlled by the Federation.
But first, we need to wrap up Zero’s story from Part 2.
Assistant: General Revil… Zero Murasame requests a meeting. Would you like to speak with him?
Revil: Yes, bring him in.
Zero: General Revil… There’s something I want to ask you.
Revil: Ah, you’re talking about a cure for Cyber Newtypes… Unfortunately, there was no cure recorded in the Murasame Lab’s data.
Zero: I see… I thought as much. I can’t be cured…
Revil: Worrying won’t do you any good… You’re tired, you should take a break.
Zero: No… I will fight… I will defeat those who made me like this…! Fighting is all I have! That’s all I have… Let me do it…
Zero: General Revil. I forgot, but… Among the data I stole from the Murasame Research Lab were the development blueprints for a mobile suit. Please use them if they prove useful.
This mobile suit is the RX-178-X0 Prototype Gundam Mk-II, a unit unique to Gihren’s Greed and Zero’s signature MS.
Speaking of new mobile suits, we can now finally upgrade the v Gundam with the Psycho Frame, equipping it with funnels.
Assistant: We have acquired technology from Anaheim Electronics regarding a new material, the “Psycho Frame.” After the development department examined it, they have determined that it is possible to equip it to the v Gundam. Please confirm the details with the development department.
The only story event present in this part is thwarting Char’s plan to drop Axis on Earth. In gameplay terms, this means we have 20 turns to capture the Axis base from Neo Zeon.
EFF Officer: Urgent message from the intelligence department. Char’s plan has been uncovered! He plans to drop Axis on Earth! Please be careful!
Amuro: Do you want to find Quess? Hathaway…
Hathaway: I’m going to get Quess back!
Amuro: Hathaway…
Chan: Although you’re usually so gentle, sometimes you sound scary.
Amuro: Is that so?
Chan: It’s true.
Amuro: v Gundam is not just for show!
After capturing Axis, the only remaining task in the campaign is to defeat Neo Zeon’s base of operations at Side 1.
EFF Officer: Reporting that it appears that Neo Zeon has been repairing Axis’ nuclear pulse engine! We had the special forces unit seal it so that it cannot be used in the future.
Revil: Our forces will now begin the attack on Neo Zeon’s headquarters, Side 1. We will defeat Char, who has misinterpreted Zeon Deikun’s will and started a pointless war, and bring peace to the Earth Sphere. I look forward to your efforts.
Hathaway: Quess, you’re in there! I know you are! Open the hatch! Just take a look at my face and you’ll forget all about your frustration!
Quess: I hate children! They’re so annoying!
Hathaway: Dad… will you praise me…?
Char: The Earth cannot contain all human ego!
Amuro: Human wisdom can overcome such things!
Char: If so, please bestow wisdom on all those ignorant fools right now!
Amuro: I will, after I’m finished with you!
Amuro: Humans have created history by continuing to fight…without that, they would have perished.
And finally, Neo Zeon is defeated…
EFF Officer: General Revil… at last… We have succeeded in defeating all enemy forces! There is no force that can oppose us anymore!
Revil: Ah, it’s finally over… We won. We can’t afford to lose this peace again.
EFF Officer: But can people ever stop fighting? I can’t help but feel that they will continue to fight.
Revil: No, humans are not that foolish. Eventually the day when true peace will come must arrive. People can understand each other. I want to believe that… No, believing that is the first step towards peace…

The Earth Federation Forces won the war.
The long battle came to an end, and the history of war and conspiracy drew to a close.
The Earth Sphere was once again placed under the rule of the Earth Federation Government, and General Revil, who led the army to victory, was recognized for his achievements and appointed head of the Federation Government.
Using the leadership skills he had developed during the wars, Revil not only just succeeded in restoring the devastated Earth Sphere.
The only way to end the conflict between Earthnoids and Spacenoids is to realize complete immigration into space.
